Commission Raffle?

I thought this could be a good way to open commissions, the idea is to donate $1 to my paypal account for a chance to win a commission of anything you want without limits. You would be interested in this? I would take donations for a month and pick a random winner (maybe more depending on how much is donated)

Has this been done before, if so did it work? Right now I'm just playing around with the idea. Please leave comments positive or negative about the idea.
